	If you would like Pastor Wecht and the congregation to pray for your concerns, please fill out the Prayer Request Form and submit. Your request will be brought before the congregation during the next Sunday morning worship service. For pastorial or congregational visits for you or a loved one, please complete the Visitation Request Form and someone will get in touch with you as soon as possible
	To place flowers on the altar at a Sunday worship service in honor of a special occasion or in memory of a loved one, simply fill out the Altar Flowers Order Form and click on the submit button. Actual flowers vary according to season and availability.
